I always thought of them as two teenagers since they act like two 16 years old would act... Or maybe young adults. The reason is that they act pretty much the same and it often looks like they are gossiping together like two young girls would do... But then again, petunia is shown to be attracted to Handy who is acts a lot like a grown man so I don't really know...
