If I understand correctly, you are offended by the expression on her face and her position? Thinking it to be much too sensual for the image?
Catwoman as a character, is always posed as sexy. her whole entity is about sex appeal.
She couldn't be,even in a uncomfortably position like in this image, to be shown otherwise.
About her orgasmic position (i believe you are referring to her breasts), I cannot say anything about that, that is how the costume of blackcat is.

outfit= already tight as is if physics worked right at such a position of critical proportions....such as crippling i say even death cat woman would definitely bust out of her outfit even though some how in the comic world such tight outfits seem to do the impossible and defy both gravity and physics so to criticize such a thing you would have to criticize the whole comic world in itself
