Based this picture on a "Far Side" pic of a two bears in a hunter's Crosshair. the one bear cowardly stands behind the other pointing at him.So I decided The Bat-villains would do nicely.
Based Penguin slightly on his "The Batman" design. Riddler is based on his Silver-Age look. The Joker is based on a little on how Ed McGuinness' look for him on "Superman #175" At some point I am going to make my own Joker Design. (I actually like his "The Batman" Look)
I based The Gun Barrel on The James Bond Gun Barrel.
