Marvellous. It took me a good while to remember his name though. ^^.
The book as well as a few others and a big box of toys were stolen when my Grandmother moved home to another in the same street.

Indeed, the box had a good few of late 1980s and early 1990s toys, a few Ladybird books [i.e. He-Man and Transformers], and a dirty elephant book which I can not find anywhere.
When the elephant is hot, and dirty. He grows bigger and bigger, and the Indian promoter wants to get him in his circus because of his size but, when the elephant is washed and cleaned, he shrinks down in size, and now the promoter is not interested in him.
So the promoter leaves, the elephant gets dirty and hot, and grows to really big size again, and ends up happily in the jungle or.. the promoter decides to not wash him again. I forget the ending. ^^' It was like 15 to 20 years ago after all.
