Description
Kota is a potential antagonist for the characters in their current run of adventures dealing with the Luck Goddesses of the Universe. Kota is a Death Dealing Rogue (I just contributed to a kickstart campaign for this subclass) and the idea of the card throwing rogues. He follows Labaiko, the goddess of bad luck and fire (and other things) from Mwangi on Golarion (Pathfinder). His card throwing deck has the "fiery" major perk (which I over indulged in artistic license fo this picture, the cards aren't constantly on fire).
