Description
A the first movie was literally my whole childhood I decided to redraw a screenshot. It was a pretty nice scene and I couldn't help but notice how more visually stunning it would look if it was done in the style of the first movie. Kion was a bit difficult to redraw because I couldn't decide how he would look as he wasn't in the first movie, but Simba was alright to do; I darkened his colours a bit though because they are in a cave (obvious reason) but males get darker as they get older so I thought that would be good. I drew a brighter background again, following the unwritten rules of the first movie, because brighter colours give better, warmer vibes. Must point out that I copy and pasted the cave paintings in from the original screenshot because I didn't want to redraw them with the brushes I had, they would have ruined the whole picture, so thanks disney I guess (credit where credits due lol) so yeah.
