Nice work... you caught a lot of texture on the light colored feathers. Here, the Anna's Hummingbird females are the tough ones to catch. (Glad you liked the mockingbird shot)

Thank you Danny! Very interesting to observe and learn their habits. I have a beautiful male that visits but proving to be a challange to get a shot. All he wants to do is chase the ladies, rather than pose for me.

You're welcome, Rob. I agree with your assessment of the male Hummer. I see the same thing here. I guess the main ingredient you'll need to get a capture of a male is patience. Eventually, one will prove cooperative.
