I started improving on my drawing skills, so I thought I'd start re-doing some old art.
This is Katyln, aka the cutest little spacefreak you will ever come across.
She is a human/Yaut'ja hybrid, 85% alien to be exact. Her father is Scar from Alien vs Predator, her mother being Alexa Woods (BECAUSE I SHIP).
After miraculously surviving getting impaled, Scar was taken back home to Yaut'ja Prime.(honestly I don't think Predalien should have come to be. Please don't hate. But with those mandibles, I think Scar should be able to pry the thing off before the fetus got injected. The Yaut'ja are stronger than humans, I believe he should be able to get it off in time, even with that strong tail Facehuggers use to wrap around the victim's throat.)
Scar was healed by the medicine of his people. Now, he and his brothers, the other two Yaut'ja accompanying him in AVP, were sons of the King. Scar, being the only survivor of the Antarctica Hunt was therefore the only heir to the throne. After his Father passed, Scar had become King of the Yaut'ja, but one thing kept gnawing at him....the human who helped him.
Scar realized that he had actually MISSED Alexa Woods, and immediately returned to Earth to reunite with her. Taking her back to Yaut'ja Prime, the two begin to share a bond, eventually marrying.
When Alexa becomes pregnant with their first child, Scar expects a full Yaut'ja child to pass on his culture. His Yaut'ja DNA being a powerful dominant gene, Scar gets his wish, getting a fully alien son. Their son Ta'kan, embraces his culture, and enjoys the thrill of the hunt with his father. Alexa loves her child dearly, but in her heart she deeply wishes for a human child to care for.
Alexa becomes pregnant again, raising her hopes of a human baby. These hopes are dashed as she gives brith to twin Yaut'ja girls. The sisters (Va'tara and Shi'tara) are like their eldest brother, quickly joining the normal society of the Yaut'ja, becoming cold blooded hunteresses.
Alexa at this point has given up hope. She cares for her alien children alongside Scar, who is very proud of the children he had been given. When Alexa becomes pregnant with their fourth and final child, a break in the chain of dominant Yaut’ja gene changes the DNA. Alexa gives birth to a child with no mandibles. She looks at her hybrid baby with a glimmer of previous hope. The baby was not human of course, but it was more than enough to have Alexa overjoyed. The hope quivered when the child's face morphed into that of a Yaut'ja as it cried. Alexa calms it, and it reverts back to a more human form. Scar is shocked at the fact his child was part human, but seeing the baby was mostly Yaut'ja, his concern lessened. He continued to raise his daughter in the Yaut'ja way.
Most of her childhood was spent on Yaut'ja Prime, so she's adjusting to human customs. Due to her lack of 'Earth sense', she can come across as an innocent child, despite the fact she's 16 years old. She's a cute little muffin<3! Despite all of this, she's still a Yaut'ja in body and spirit, so she's an excellent hunter. She usually goes on hunts with her father, even though Alexa would rather have her doing human activities. The bottom left corner is Katy in her 'standard' form, while the top right is Katy when she 'woges' (Lol sorry Grimm reference). She's very self conscious of her alien features, and usually wears long sleeves to hide her skin.
Despite what the comics and movies say about Alien and Predator, Katy and Vinnie are great friends. I mean come on, look at the perfect little face...
She's really REALLY close to Tom (an upcoming character), so they get shipped a butt ton. He's really protective of her, and she usually clings onto him or basically follow him everywhere. Basically she's all and he's all
