forms tht you probably wont win in a fight, but it's more beneficial in training. and test how committed you are..like you know how ppl get "oh boy i can do a bicycle kick" though you can see how a bucketful movements can be used in applying in w/e
but i kinda hate it..we got a new teacher from china, and he brought more southern stuff..now i try to get use to nothern fist...hate it southern is good but the dao is a killer..its more practical as in defense usage..but a pain to slice strong and fast D:
