my entry for 's Futurepuff contestFuturepuffs AU CONTEST!!About a month ago I posted my concept for aged-up Powerpuff Girls on my Tumblr. To my surprise, my post got over 32,000 notes and lots of wonderful feedback! Since then I added drawings of many other characters and dubbed my AU “Futurepuffs”. Now, for the month of October I’m going to run a contest to expand their world with help from you!

About the Futurepuffs AU:
My Futurepuffs AU takes place 13 years after the original show, set in a version of Townsville that is a little more futuristic and little bit darker, too! The Powerpuff Girls – now simply called The Powerpuffs – are 18 years old and stronger than ever. But they still have villains to face and many of them have found ways to increase their own powers as well.
I
wanted to keep it in the original style, just a slightly bit upgraded, and wanted to give another villain than the usuals (Mojo and him) a moment to shine. :3
In some of my first ideas, I originally wanted to use Buttercup, but then I decided for a more serious tone, and in that case Blossom would be a better fit.
Well hope you like it. :3 Certainly was fun to work on it for the contest and I'm thinking about to make my own contest after this one is over. ^^

Y'know I just realised what this picture reminds me of. The Superman Animated Series from the good old 90s. The first meeting of Lex and Supes seems to be screaming at me every time I look at this. I don't know if that was the intent, but that's what I'm seeing.

This one's really cool. Your blocking here is great. The whole thing has a good balance. Something about it reminds me of Batman: The Animated Series somehow.

Ah, this turned out great, Blossom and Princess have always hated each other so it looks like a smackdown is imminent, lol. I especially like the background, I still suck at backgrounds but this one captures the mood perfectly!
