Just an crossover idea that kinda fits well here. After the cherubs lost their place in Heaven, they wonder the streets and ended in Gotham where the sins are high and the pure are low. A city forsaken by God, but never by the Dark Knight himself.

After awhile, both Batman and the Cherubs cross path and they pled for his help. Batman was hesitant at first but later help them. They all head back to the Bat Cave until they get on their feets (and hooves) but the Cherubs thought maybe they could help their new friend but helping around the city as well. Bats wasn't sure about the idea considering they're not...capable fighters but after some begging from the former angels, he accept their offer and many hard training and discipline. They become Batman's sidekicks. Now the city really do have guardian angels watching over them.
