I was reading this MHAxMCU crossover fanfic "MHA Reacts: Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)" by KiddoIsTheBest www.fanfiction.net/s/13884420/… (i recommend checking it out). And spoilers for those never came across that fic. Toga feel connected to Bruce and Hulk since she understand what it like to live with a quirk that everyone is scare of.

I won't go further because i want you guys to check out the fic to see more into it. I can imagine that Bruce would help her to walk a different path and maybe she could use see her quirk as a blessing to help people instead of harming them. I can totally Bruce/Hulk being father figures to Toga as well.
