Description The 1990's in my Opinion was the Last Good Decade for Pop Culture and since TV Networks just love to bring back Old Shows like their coughing up lots of Money, here's Ten 90's Shows that I think could use a Reboot or Revival

10. Pee Wee's Playhouse

This Show ended abruptly after Paul Rubens got arrested for touching his Naughty Bit at a Movie Theater and even though he has been Typecast for being Pee Wee Herman and with the Show getting a DVD and Blu-Ray Release and that Netflix Movie, I think they could at least revive this Show even some of the Actors on the Show are no longer with

9. Samurai Pizza Cats

This was an Anime Show was Very Entertaining but wasn't very popular outside of Japan even though it's received Cult Status in the Last Decade getting DVD Box Sets of both The Campy American Dub and the Uncut Japanese Dub as well as a Fan Book that's all about the Show and hopefully if Japan can do Reboot or Revival of it's Original Japanese Counterpart then maybe an Anime Dubbing Studio can bring it to the US and give it the Hilarious English Dub

8. Captain N: The Game Master

This is One of Many Examples of a Campy Videogame Cartoon that's been exposed through Internet Memes and YouTube Poop Videos and I think it could use a Comeback by reviving it with New Videogame Worlds inspired by Videogames from the 90's to Recent, New Game Gadgets for Kevin, New Villains that want to take over Video Land and a lot of Up To Date Video Game References and Cameos

7. Dinosaurs

This Show was like a Sitcom in The Stone Age that involved Prehistoric Creatures dealing with Serious Issues and ended up having a Very Dark Cliffhanger Ending and has recently been getting a New Generation of Fans through Disney and if Disney can constantly bring back The Muppet Show with Non-Canon Continuity then maybe they do it for The Sinclair's

I mean Hey, It's The Baby Gotta Love Him.

6. The Critic

In my Opinion, Adult Animation outside of The Simpsons, King of The Hill, Futurama, Bob's Burgers and Disenchantment has been very Generic and Unappealing since the Advent of South Park, Family Guy and Rick & Morty but since Comedy Central is bringing back Ren & Stimpy (Without John Kricfalusi THANK GOD) and HBO Max bringing back Clone High, I think it's about time Jay Sherman The Critic rises from his Cancellation Graveyard and get all Grouchy with all these Movie Reboots and Remakes that Online Film Reviewing Communities like Rotten Tomatoes, Cinema Sins, RedLetterMedia and Channel Awesome have Bones to pick with

5. Mighty Max

I don't know much about this Show despite that it was based off a Toy Line that was like Polly Pocket for Boys and if they can make Crummy Cartoons based off of Polly Pocket then perhaps they could do it with Mighty Max

4. Eek the Cat

This Show was created by an Animation Veteran by the Name of Bill Kopp in which was one of his Claims to Fame and even though it doesn't get any Rerun Syndication, I think it should get shown on Disney+ (Ya know cause it's a Fox Show) and then get a Revival

3. Freakazoid

Steven Spielberg was a Household Name in the 90's with Unforgettable Cartoons like Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Pinky & The Brain, Family Dog and Toonsylvaina though it wasn't long for Nostalgia to get Animaniacs and Tiny Toon Adventures to come back and I think if those 2 can get a Reboot for Streaming Services then maybe it's about time that Dexter Douglas transforms into Freakazoid and win over a New Generation of Fans

2. Ahhh! Real Monster

Next to Disney, Nintendo, Sega, Warner Bros, Power Rangers, Garfield and Several Kid Franchises, Nickelodeon was Another Household Name in the 90's spawning an Era of Aspiring Animators, Teenage Hijinks, Kids being Kids and Gross Out Humor and some of those beloved Nickelodeon Shows have been coming back in the Last Decade with Hey Arnold, Double Dare, Invader Zim, Rocko's Modern Life and more recently Rugrats though I though I think Klasky-Csupo should consider rebooting some of their other Nickelodeon Creations and Ahhh! Real Monsters is No Exception due to it being overshadowed by not only Rugrats but also The Wild Thornberrys and Rocket Power and there was going to be a Movie of the Show but never got off the Ground. So I say that Nickelodeon should bring some life back into Ickus, Krumm and Oblina and make some New Monstrous Mischeif

And now... For the Number 1 90's that should get a Reboot or Revival

1. Toxic Crusaders

Troma Studios was and still is an Independent Film Studio that's known for making a lot of Crazy, Violent, Gruesome and Messed Up Sci-Fi Horror Movies and their claim to fame was The Toxic Avenger which was a Movie about a Wimpy Teenager that falls into a Pile of Toxic Waste and becomes Toxie. The First Superhero made from Toxic Waste and it was so popular that spawned a Whole Film Franchise. And when you got an R-Rated Film Movie Franchise, you gotta have a Version made just for Kids.

Enter Toxic Crusaders.

A Show loosely based off of Toxic Avenger but replaces all the Vulgarity with 90's Cartoon Cliches like Rad Teenagers, Mutant Transformations and Fighting Pollution and even though it came in a Time when the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ruled The Earth with all sorts of Merchandise like Toys, T-Shirts, Bed Sheets, Lunchbox and a Few Videogames.... It didn't live long after a Single Season of 13 Half Hour Episodes and I think it could've had More Popularity if it aired on a Cable Network like Nickelodeon or MTV since they were a Big Source of Gross Out Humor and recently with Legendary Pictures, The Studio behind all the Modern American Kaiju Films and the Videogame Cult Classic PokΓ©mon Detective Pikachu doing a Remake of Toxic Avenger starring Peter Dinklage, they could reboot The Toxic Crusaders if said Remake does Good Enough

Until then, let's all remember these Classic & Not So Classic Shows of the 1990's and hope that someday TV and Streaming can find a Good Use for these Cancelled Shows
