Is a cat capable of doing the duckface? But, of course, he gets his thumb in the shot.

This guy is Klawtu (get it, vintage sci-fi fans?), a two-shot minor villain from Bravestarr. He's a self-proclaimed "warrior-wizard" of the Krang (not to be confused with the TMNT character/race) Empire; "proud warrior race" cat people who alternately speak with German, Star Trek Russian or other accents and have samurai influenced armor. He also attends an annual sorcerer's convention on Alderaan. And, he seems, as the British say, a bit "camp."

And even without the selfie or duckface, you'd know he was a douchebag. Goatee? Check. Popped collar? Check. Probable date rapist? Check; he can hypnotize people by himself, no roofies necessary. And he's a wizard, so you know he's into runes/symbols, meaning probably at least one kanji tatt. Now, I know what you're thinking, "you missed a big indicator," but the tan is real. All Krang have white highlights in their lower muzzle/jaw. But in other pictures, Klawtu tries to use orange tan to cover that up and it doesn't blend very well.
