I started with a paper mΓ’chΓ© base (using a balloons to get the shape I wanted). Afterwards, I popped the balloon when it was all dry and cut the ball of paper mΓ’chΓ© in half (this can actually make up to two masks). I then built off of this with foam for the muzzle and model magic for the eyebrows, nose, and teeth, and I used those thin sheets of foam for his follow-me-eyes. I used plastic mesh-stuff for the pupils so I could see through them. I made the jaw a separate piece apart from the mask so I could attach it later and you could possibly turn it into a moving jaw. After buying any colored fabric for whatever animatronic you're making, you can just hot glue that onto the top of the paper mΓ’chΓ© (be careful around the muzzle with hot glue if you make it out of meltable foam because.. Well.. Hot and melting plastic sortve explain itself XD I'd probably use wood glue for the muzzle. That's just about all there is to it besides much more glueing to places and whatnot.Β
