I don't want to be the one to criticize, but I think it's his mouth that sort of offs the character in gaara. And his eyes are a tad bit small.. (in my opinion)

great job! only problem as many have mentioned is the hair...to fix it all you need to do is just cut it off a bit...then it'll be perfect!

i dont wanna be picky and please dont take this the wrong way but the way i see it is that if i dont tell you where you went wrong you wont get better.
so, the hair goes too far to the left and has too many spikes, the head is too square/rectangular, the eyes are too small and the neck is too thick its the kind of neck you would see on a body builder.
im not saying im perfect but when you realise whats wrong with your work you can improve but if people just lie to make you feel good you will get better at a slower rate because it will take you ages to realise what you did wrong.

but sometimes you have to be mean to be nice.

and i know that alot of people are being polite and saying that my drawings are great
I didn't claim to be an expert in drawing. when i started my first tutorial, people kept asking for more. So i said to myself: oh well, at least i will gain some experience out of it
