I AM PROBABLY WRONG IN MOST OF THIS THIS IS MOSTLY HEAD-CANNONS PLEASE BEAR WITH ME.
Cyber Elves are bodies made of data that can manifest like spirits/ghosts (Supposedly) can.
Thats what i've come to know at least.
(I assume that X has learned how to manifest as whats known as a 'full-bodied apparition', but i assume that its ether: we can't touch him because its just an illusion, or that we can touch him because he might have learned how to create a solid form{thats just an assumption im probably wrong on so many levels} I also assume that the apparition might be rather fragile, because it supposedly takes alot of energy to manifest as one, so I like to think that if it breaks: it breaks like glass and the shards of data just gravitate back together into the simplest form: an orb of energy)
But it IS TRUE that cyber-elves are living spirits of data. everything above is mostly all head-cannons/assumptions that were likely formed from watching to many paranormal shows.
