Oh yeah PTSD is horrible to deal. I canβt imagine how horrible it has to be especially if it was cause from something horrifying.

The coloring style and details are seemingly kept to the minimum, but somethings have caught my eye. The red poppies greatly stood out in the piece (supported by being the same color as blood). With red poppies often interpreted as a symbol as remembrance, this could mean that fears would forever haunt the poor man. Having the red poppy stuck to his right eye socket supports that his inner demons may never go away and will always stay with him. The thorns surrounding the man could mean he's trapped and could never be free while the unknown creature could symbolize his darkest fears (although I wish the man looked more terrified to make the work dramatic). The unknown creature gong pass the thorns could be that his weakness is catching up to him and there's no escape. I'm compelled by the piece, but I wish there's more depth to it to invoke a sense of hopelessness that's possibly presented in this piece.

And you basically got the whole idea of this done. The Poppyβs in this case in which my oc Jim use them to cope with a horrible event that has happen to him, but in this case they are being use against him, the dark creature is his fear and also something else Iβm not going to say yet.
