I adore Dawson OH so much - Watson, in the Sherlock Holmes books, are often not as well-represented as Sherlock Holmes, which is a shame, because he IS an incredibly intriguing and important character. He makes Sherlock Holmes human, and less of a jerk. Without Watson, no Sherlock.
And the same goes for little David Q Dawson

Dawson is such a sweet character and I really feel the world needs to throw more love after him. But then again, I find that entire movie deserves much more love that what's been given. But Dawson is darling, with his design and the voice-acting all together.

He certainly is not; If anything he's kind of a sassy bitch most of the time, and Watson is so needed to clean up the mess and havoc Holmes leaves.
Dawson is one of the most likeable and adorable mice in my opinion, and I really did like Disney's take on him, despite the Nigel Bruce-inspired design; he was less of a bumbling idiot, and more like a sweet helpful side-kick.

Poor Dawson went through so much in the film, yet, he was able to make it to the end and agree to become partners with Basil and do more adventures! I love how he's holding his bowler hat here. This is too cute.
