After asked for it I did the english version. I'm sorry that some thing in the adjustement part aren't translated but I don't know how they are called.If you have any problem or question you can ask. Also sorry that's shitty but I don't have the original so I did what I could.

Sorry but I can't give you the font because I switched computer and I lost the original.
But I can tell you that the "Shut up and kiss me" is the Atatürk font, the "Lady" is in Brannboll Fet and I don't know the last one, but it's similar to Dawning of a New Day and Sunshine in my soul.
