I like how the Count's just as mean as the Doctor when it comes down to it. I think having the Count repeatedly conned in some way by the medics could be a running gag of the series, but he never learns.

I always have a soft spot for the grumpy put-apon types. The irony is that the Count himself used to be a naughty scamp when he wre a lad, but learned his lesson and doesn't want his son to make the same mistakes.
