Negeyari tends to take a nice swim after shedding skins, its even more enjoyable when the sign of luck: Dolphins appear to check her out. Here shes swimming as local pod of Dolphins swim around her.She loves how graceful dolphins are, and being a sign of luck of Najalka village, they're automatically exempt from being prey when she gets bigger!
Just a quick drawing I did, got the urge to draw a underwater scene of Negeyari.
Drawing swimming nagas isn't as easy as I thought!

Cool character concept, she looks like she's based off a sea krait by looking at her paddle-like tail and the fact she's swimming at sea.
You did a pretty good job at capturing the swimming serpent motion of her tail, though when snakes swim they tend to have bigger and longer ripple motions rather than the numerous small ones as pictured on her. 
Also the concept of her swimming with a pod of dolphins is kinda cure.

Just takes practice by attempting to draw it numerous times such as what I do. I often tune in to animal planet just to see videos and animals that resemble my creature concepts to see how they would move. Then I have to adjust my creature's legs, fins, entire body, etc to see how it should look if I want it to move in the fashion I want it to.

Would be funny if she has to flee from them when shes grown, if they see her as one
