A private commission I did for my mum’s colleagues. I’d never have guessed I’d ever paint a car, but I suppose there’s always a first time.

Great job, it looks solid enough to drive right out of the painting! I enjoy getting those 'odd' commissions I never would have painted for myself - they make me stretch my horizons a little.

I agree, at first it feels a bit odd to be commissioned for something you’ve never done before and would never do on your own. I keep thinking “I keep making all these other things and I think I’m really good at them, and then you ask me to paint something entirely different??“. But I guess I learned quite a bit

Also ich verbinde da gar nichts mit, aber der Beschenkte offensichtlich

Und mit den Lichtern habe ich’s tatsächlich gehalten wie ich Metall in Fantasy-Bildern behandeln würde… weiß nicht, ob das jetzt völlig verkehrt oder genau richtig war…
