I once heard a photography instructer said. If you don't have a shot, then get closser, if it still doesn't look good get closser. lol.

I know this "rule" myself. My photography teacher always tells me to get closer to the object I want to take a photo of. Sometimes this "getting closer" can be really difficult... How ever, ... have a nice day, too!

Thank you so much for the comment. I find that shot and focus that turn out great are usualy some kind of great fluke, at least they are with me. Every now and then the right set of elements comes along and then you are like Wow!
