+10 USD/ 1000  for color AND cell shading

This one has a little more frames than last times so I raised the price a little~, there's 15 keyframes in total.

Rules:

-I begin after payment is received

- For personal use only, no commercial
-No overly complex characters

-Do not post anywhere without giving credit to me

-Please allow 1-2 weeks for me to complete. Since this is first come, first serve add the 1-2 weeks of the person in front of you to calculate your estimated time.
