the head can only turn by a bit on any direction. The head isn't abstract on purpose like banshee's which is the frame that looks a lot like this one except maybe better or worse.I want the noble animation to have that posture. I think its just perfect for the body design from head to toe.
he's wearing an attire on the arms, the sleeve, and the part from the knees to the feet starting from the dark grey top to the grey bottom as boots with knee guards.
needs Excalibur parts and wraith parts along with his own bo to make.
I'll change the design again later because the design language is not well.
energy color - blue and red-orange
accents - dark red-orange: fleshy
tertiary - black: metal
secondary - orange: fleshy
primary - white: clothing like Limbo's
grey: black + white, metal.
passive: receives less dmg from headshots, getting hit on the right side of this picture gives energy regeneration, getting hit on the right side of the Warframe gives health regeneration both of which can stacks upto 2.5% health and energy regen per second and lasts upto 20 seconds after the last dmg has been received. Adds 0.1% regen per hit.
ability 1: slash leap - leap forward at 15m per second at max and all those within the scythes reach gets slashed one by one. the leap slows down for every slashing motion. Can be used mid-air once before being unable to do it again while airborne. Deactivated by hitting a wall. Reach mod increases slashing range.
ability 2: pin - send 3 small, homing, energy hooks which grabs enemies along with it until it disappears. Can pin enemies in the wall if they're close to it for 5 seconds and stagger if not pin. Travels at bulletjump speed of 1.7 mobility. Hold down the ability button to consecutively use it.
3rd ability: demotivate - envelope the surroundings by a mis that makes enemies feel hopeless on varying levels. Affects every enemy within 40m at maximum level. Depending on the Warframe squads performance the effect changes. Reach mod increa-blah blah you guys finish designing this entire Warframe design.
1sr effect: mental - lower enemies' firerate and accuracy by 10% at max level. Condition to activate: get inside the AOE with 1 or more other warframes present in it. lasts for 5 seconds. cool down
2nd effect: weak will - make enemies stand still and stop shooting. Condition to activate: kill 3 enemies that fights on the same side to affect one enemy with weak will. Lasts for 3 seconds. doesn't work on infested.
3rd effect: weak will - make 3 enemies stand still and stop shooting. condition to activate: kill 3 enemies who were affected by effect 1/2 or both. lasts for 4 seconds.
4th effect: gravity - make 3 enemies become affected by the first 3 effects all at once. conditions to activate: kill an enemy affected by effect 3.
5th effect: insanity - all enemies affected by any effect suffer from radiation proc. condition to activate: make 20 enemies be under the effect of the 4th effect. Maybe it should be more idk I don't wanna balance.
4th ability: exalted scythe - quick combos of so much multi-hits.
