Description
This is part of my formal dress project--re-imagining original superheros and their costumes as formalwear. Here is the description I have of Miranda Reiker, Feehan86 's original character:

"Miranda is strikingly exotic in appearance, with deep purple skin, a slim face, and a statuesque figure. Much like the tropical fish with which she shares some genes, a pair of sleek yellow and blue lines run from the corners of her mouth and eyes and meet across her cheek before they shoot behind her ear. With grey-blue hair and lizard yellow eyes, Miranda would be a freak of nature if it were not for her rather stunning physical traits which she holds in common with any number of Australian beach beauties. "

The main part of this dress is purple, because Miranda's skin is that color. Then it changes into yellow and blue because those are the colors of the stripes on her face. Plus the dress is mermaid style. Piece done with colored pencils.

Miranda's eyes snapped open. Her nostrils flared. Her vision was filled with a blinding whiteness. The air around her smelled surgical and sterile. She raised her head. Nothing happened. She couldn't move.

"@#$%. Finally." The voice was low and raspy, like tires crunching on gravel. Her eyes swiveled toward it. She blinked.

Standing about three feet tall, the creature had immense monochromatic black eyes set in a head shaped like a miniaturized hot air balloon. It's tiny nostrils and mouth were little more than lipless slits in the smooth grey skin of it's head. Dressed in a white labcoat, it's bony hands were pressed into it's hips petulantly. A pair of bare grey, boat like feet emerged from under the labcoat. He looked for all the world like a 1960's Roswell Grey. "Are you...an alien?"

The creature rolled it's eyes and ambled across the white tile floor. Miranda followed him with her eyes as he ran his fingers across three nine foot high vertical glass cylinders, stopping to read a panel on each. "@#$%. @#$% kids these days. Tangle with the @#%& Big Three and nobody even @#$% remembers. @#$%. Just @#$%. You're one to talk. You're @#$% purple. Alien my @#$%."

Miranda furrowed. "I'm..."

"Miranda Reiker. Also known as Triggerfish. I know @#$% know. I know @#$% everything. The other two? Theron Grovsenor, AKA Orion and the @#$% unoriginally named Johhny Johnson." The creature smiled to himself. "Bet you didn't know all that. Heh."

"Who are you?"

The figure padded over to a control panel of some kind. "Only the @#$% most @#$% brilliant @#$% evil @#$% mastermind that ever @#$% lived. I'm the @#$% Old One."

She blinked. "I...I thought you were dead."

"@#$%. @#$%. Do I look @#$% dead?"
