Actually I did an actual right click on my own screen and then did a print screen copy and then edited and cut it out to use it. Then I found a little image of the mouse cursor and pasted that in too. The rest is just all little effects and designs I created.

No it's a pretty expensive program but there could be some free versions you can find online maybe. Torrents and such.
