Description
This is my cosplay of Delta, the big daddy and main character of Bioshock 2 and my girlfriend Jenn as the little sister. Delta took about two weeks to make with a lot of helping hands and the little sister was literally done in one day.We used these outfits for anime north and received tons of attention and had out photos taken by at least 5 people at a time after every 10 steps literally.
One of the photographers who took our picture at night gave us his card to go see him so we got this professional shot done and I decided to upload it. We had a blast at the convention and I'm glad Jenn did too because it was her first year being there and now she is very excited to be joining me at Fan Expo as little sister with Big daddy once more.

I don't know it just seems big daddies and sisters have a bit more of a purpose and seem more like protectors of the innocent where as splicers are just crazed addicts who do whatever it takes to survive and feed their needs.

Yeah, I guess when you look at it that way it's true. I just kinda like them because they're completely bonkers, LoL.
But I do like the Big Daddies and the Big Sisters a lot as well. I would want to be a Big Sister just for the sake of protecting the little ones. *nod nod* Seems like they have more of a purpose rather then just running around and splicing

Besides I love to beat splicers faces in with a big drill arm. Always makes my day that much brighter.

Dr.Steinman was definitely crazy. When I listened to him it just made me want to kill him even more because he was so loud and complaining about everything. Just wanted to shut him up to get some peace and quiet.

He was a little too crazy and not in the humorous way, the really creepy obsessive way. I enjoyed beating him to death with a wrench.

Yeah the whole mental conditioning was pretty crazy too. The ending to the downloaded content was like that too. It just blew my mind. Damn you bioshock and your mind fucks.

There was even a Delta cosplayer too at Comic-Con this year and liek you mentioned not a step you could possible take without someone begging for a shot, knew that well from passing by that cosplayer, lol.
Nevertheless you earned it for your hard work and devotion into the now iconic characters from Bioshock and another hats off to having a girl that goes along as your little sister, no words can explain that level of awesome, lol.
A hats off the many details of the suit and simply the overall work from the helmet down your girlfriend's cowering figure and darkened eyes, bravo!

Well don't be, trust me when I say anybody who goes into cosplaying as any character from Bioshock immediately get a standing ovation from this crab here.
Not to mention the Delta I caught at Comic-Con was in a sweet suit but lacking his own Health/Eve tanks, lol.

Last minute Bioshock costumes ftw. (Says the person who finished her splicer cosplay the day befor the con as well.) I'm impressed. It looks really good, and you think it would have taken a lot longer. Kudos! : D
