Knowing Jokers chemical makeup I recon the only things that can get him Drunk are absinthe, moonshine and poteen. Note that Joker does not dilute his absinthe but instead pours more of it over the sugar cube. I also think it would take several bottles to make him drunk.
I believe in his own way Joker is trying to suduce Batman...... I think it's working. Batman doesn't drink except, in my own mind at that house were the comic is set. Because then he knows the consequences of drinking there won't get anyone hurt. So at that house is were this is set. Forgive the magic glowyness coming from the absinthe, I saw an ad for it that was like that and I loved the lighting so..... yeah enjoy
