Right ok.... just another excuse to pep up a class doodle.I may have got a bit carried away.
The story behind it is basicaly J is in arkham and they have all the patients writing a letter to Santa as a form of therapy, kind of like a barter system. If the patients behave well the doctors will try their best to get the patients want they want for christmas. J is only cooperating because he knows he can make good use of that crayon.... harmless my ass! Either way he is under heavy and armed supervision...he's not worried though. J is mailing his letter to Gordon with specific intrustions to only let the Bat read it lol.
Bats has just been asked by the robins and Alfred what he wants for christmas, and is only cooperating after a long session of Alfred nagging him to pick something. ...But all he can think of is......

Them thinking the same thing just made Joker's job easier. Bats would practically RUN to Arkham if he ever got that letter. Cuz we all know, Joker WOOULD send it if he really wanted to.
