Got this one because of the wings. What other Gundam has organic wings (I tend to go for Gundams that are unique)? Got sick of the regular colour scheme, and I was inspired at a class BBQ when one of the chicken wings caught fire (I get inspired by the weirdest things sometimes). So I repainted it to look like it was burning, and many people seemed to like it. But it suffers from loose wing joints that cause troubles during posing, so any ideas how to rectify that?Want to own it? Send a message to tornarchon@gmail.com

Ack... Sailor Moon!? ::dies:: Sorry, but I still have nightmares from that show (okay, that's an exaggeration, but let's just say that the language differences doesn't help the story much... what's ironic is that that was the first anime I ever saw. >_>; )

Yeah it wasn't the first... I saw Robot Carnival and Vampire Hunter D long before I ever saw Sailor Moon... God, I must have been 5 years old when I saw those! I loved Sailor Moon when I was around 10, and had the sudden urge to watch it again... And once I finish the English, Im going in search of the Japanese version!!!

I didn't even know of the concept of 'anime' back then... I was pretty sheltered at that time, so it held the same space of interest as American 'toons like Garfield and Looney Tunes. I didn't even know of the concept of Japanese cartoons until... I think it was the second season of Pokemon. The Internet really broadens ones horizons, y'know... After all that, I saw Gundam Wing and automatically became a Gundam fan (and an anime fan in general). I originally didn't like Outlaw Star because I thought it was a cheap Gundam knock-off, but when I actually sat down and watched it, I came to love it (and ended up getting it on DVD). Then G Gundam came, and I was off-put by the Mobile Trace System... you can guess what happened, since I actually know what the cockpit is called. XD
Tenchi Muyo, Yu Yu Hakusho, Big O... man, things kept getting better and better... then things got bad with (postg-Frieza)DBZ, One Piece, Naruto, etc.
Now I can't even turn on CN anymore; with all the cheap cartoons and violent anime on, I've turned a bit cynical. /sigh

Lol nice. Well my mom was a huge Sci-Fi channel person, so when they did this Memorial day thing they showed Robot Carnival and VHD over and over again so I watched it then. After that it was Sailor Moon, and then Gundam Wing, which, of course, is a fav, and then I moved out of the toonami stuffs into the anime movies they used to do on Scifi, where I saw, Iria the Zeiram Animation, which is amazing, I own it now.

I watch the Food Network mostly nowadays; Iron Chef America, Throwdown with Bobby Flay, and Good Eats top my favorite shows list.

Well they used to, and then last month they had ani-tuesdays, where they showed an anime movie on Tuesday night. They also have ani-mondays where they show a few series. Tis kinda kewl. GoodEats is freakin awesomness!!!! But the original Iron Chef was way cooler.

Yeah, I miss seeing all the exotic foods they'd make on the original Iron Chef... that being said, I think that Iron Chef America lives up to its Japanese forebearer, but that's just my opinion.
I also like watching Mythbusters and Dogfights. Blowing stuff up is always awesome, and fighters are really cool. My favorite fighters are the legendary WWII-era P-51 Mustang and the F-14 Tomcat.

The only thing I actually like about ICA is Alton Brown. Hes just totally cool! ^_^ And I love Mythbusters too.

Well, to be honest, I only started watching it because Michiba's successor, Morimoto-sama, was staying as an Iron Chef. I've grown to love the show and everything about it, including... THE ICE CREAM MACHINE!!! XD Alton Brown is totally awesome, yes... he's the other reason I started watching it.
I like watching Mythbusters when I come home for lunch (job-hunting may be a full-time job, but everyone stops for lunch, and if they don't then they should). My favorite myths so far is the mind-control one. It's so funny the things they do.

Well, certainly nothing wrong with that. I used to clean airplanes for a living, so I can understand to an extent where you're coming from (though speed is probably more of a factor in cabin service than house maintenence, but I wouldn't know, so just ignore that). ^_^;
Yeah, I always had that trouble too, which is why I prefer b&w sketches over colored pictures.

Well, truthfully, you shouldn't nap for more than an hour, or else that will happen. Has something to do with the amount of REM sleep you get within that hour, but I don't remember the specifics. I'm not too good with biology... >_>;
