Puck from a Midsummer Night's Dream. He's by far my favorite character and probably the only interesting one IN the play (no climax at all, I swear) so I wanted to do a portrait of him.

puck is awesome. i actually played puck in a midsummer night's dream recently. The other fairies and i were all steampunk theme too, it was really cool.

lol, in our version, i played puck as an old man, and instead of wings, i was a wind up fairy with a crank.

Meh, that play was one of the best Shakespeare plays that I've read. I hated Julius Caesar, didn't like Taming of the Shrew, Romeo and Juliet was alright.

julius caeser had no interesting characters and never ended (I did like Antony though, and i love that name). Ive heard Taming of the Shrew is absolutely terrible. Romeo and Juliet is his best work IMO, plot twists and all that. Why is shakespeare so famous? O_o he sucks at plotlines D:>

I heard something about his plays being good to perform because of a lack of stage directions. For the most part they are just enter, exit, enter exit, fight, stab, die. Taming of the Shrew just wasn't funny to me. Feminists don't like it at all, but that's because, well, the book is about taming women to respond to men. Caesar, ehh, it ended fine, but it just was missing something to push it from good to great.
