A spirit that thaws mountain streams come the spring. Water appears to flow beneath their scales, and often seeps through them in a wispy trail.
The water they use in their magic has growing properties, it allows plants to grow at an incredibly fast rate.
At times, it will sprinkle onto their coat, and sprout saplings and other vegetation.
