Extreme body modding in the future. You can replace any body part that you want. You can even replace your whole body with a full cybernetic one like the purple-haired maiden who is featured here. If you ever decide to change your mind, then you can be surgically put back together because your old body and/or body parts are kept alive via an anti-grav life support system. If you're lucky, then the deal borg will give you a nice discount. Drawn by hand, and painted in Inkscape on my Chromebook via the Linux VM. No reference used - I just decided to wing it and improvise on the spot.
