It's hard to draw Rapunzel with out thinking of her art...

I may have you fix it and edit pascal...cuz I didn't mean for him to be the same color as her dress...but when I changed it too the soft purple hint he kinda blended in...as he does.

This is a really beautiful piece! The colours are great , and i like what you did with the transparent background there! The texture in the background is beautiful. Your hair is amazing , it flows nicely and looks so real! Though your anatomy could use a little work , maybe Make the torso longer , her arms are to long , make them a little shorter. when the arms are to the sides straight , they should reach the middle of there hips. Depending on the characters length of arm of course ! Make the head a little smaller , too. and maybe the hips a little less curvy. Your hands are perfect though! I always found them the hardest part! Work with the folds with your clothes a little more, too. Though I love the dress design.
The skin tone is a little to purple to me , but the shading is clean and soft , which i love! And the way you added a purple shade to the hair , is just outstanding , it looks so elegant. This is a great piece , and i hope you work at your art to become one of the best! Good luck!

Tho I do agree that there is always room for improvement in the department of Anatomy, tho I am having a little hard of a time seeing exactly how you mean. I do understand that the head is a bit big. Right where her left wrist is her torso end, then her hips begin, which I think if I made smaller would throw off the curve I was trying to add to her body to contrast with her hair.
The elbow begins at about the end of the ribcage and the wrist at the end of the hip. However, as you said, it does differ from character to character.

After reading the critique, I looked harder at the anatomy, and the only thing I see that is really odd is her left shoulder looks kind of... disconnected? But other than that, it's absolutely excellent

Hmmm...yeah. I can see it...Ohhh...yeah. I think the problem was trying to fit the dress onto her shoulders, because I didn't want her shoulders to be bare, but it is a odd shaped sleeve...
but yeah, it is a bit off...
