Description
This was heavily inspired by this Deviation that floored me: rongs1234.deviantart.com/art/S… <(easily the best piece of OKKO fanart thus far!)I tried the whole messy lines thing but I didn't have the perfect brush, and the shading was just more experimentation than anything. And as always fingers are pain. Nonetheless this was really fun to create and fine enough!

sounds really obvious, but the best way to start learning is to just draw. Draw in your spare time, draw on your work sheets, it doesn't matter so long as you keep at it. Just by doing that and observing how your favourite artists do things you really can learn so much! And meanwhile if you have any interesting story/character ideas such as the little skit you did earlier there's no stopping you from writing a fanfic or even just jotting the idea down.
So, yeah, there's a paragraph of juicy advice that I've learned over the years! And whether you persue it or not, I hope that you will find your passion!
