Anywho. First and formost, when I saw the picture, I immediately saw the focus on the girl. Then I noticed she was being groped, THEN I noticed, "...Hey...She's not wearing a shirt...That means that hand is a....WHUUUUUUUUUUUT. LOLQUE." and then I laughed.
WARNING: OPINIONS BELOW. MIGHT BE TL;DR (Too Long; Didn't Read)
Then I noticed the characters in the background. The background characters near her, but not all the way in the back, and for some reason I felt that they deserved slightly more detail, because it feels like you gave them too much to be only for the scenery, but not enough to...actually draw attention away from the girl. You know, it somewhat bothered me. And when I read the comment of the general scene, it seemed to put more emphasis on the picture itself and the supernatural that flows from it. And as I think now, I think it would of been a nice picture as something that focused on the parade, rather than the girl herself. But that's my vision. I bet the girl has a story to tell, but right now, I'm more interested in the background that the girl itself because its more intriguing as she looks like she should belong there and there really isnt anything definitive that says, "Hey. Focus on her."
Eh. Mind you, this is just my opinion and what I think, see, and feel.

The true is that I fail in drawing backgrounds XD The only character I really draw as I wanted is this tall guy in the street, the rest is the fact effect of not enough skills of mine. After some troubles I finaly decided to create mass of blurred nameless people, who are an integral part of all background.
