I really like this one! The coat looks awesome, and I really love that arm. I think the rain could use some work, it seems a little thrown in and maybe needs to be a bit less-prevelent. Actually scratch that, I think it just needs to be focused. The rain seems rather evenly-distributed here but I think you could get a lot more impact out of it if the rain were bunched together in general areas, almost outlining air currents and bursts of wind. A minor detail, but it might help. Anyways, still cool. Check out this guy's comic and character, I think you'll like it.

This Charakter sure looks like something.
Not sure if he would be the good guy or the bad guy (probably, someone who follows his own rules), sorry for not thinking of him, as Devil in persona, rather as a man wich has seen bad things and got used to it.

I also want to second the comment by Don Reisdorph, the coat looks really realistic.

By now, I'm starting to wonder, why don't you have so much followers? Your art sure is great.

I like the way you made the coat look wet. Especially the lapel.
