The way the light shines on the scales and the eye stands out makes the whole snake look plastic, the bokeh in the background is great, but one question, is it natural or did you use a texture?

The way the light is shrouded makes it feel as if the scene is from a barren desert of sorts, almost otherworldly. Sun shining through clouds of dust, that sort of thing, interesting and worthy of a fave.

Oh, that and snakes are cool!
