I like that you've used less hard lines here overall - to feature the more important stuff. With more fleshed-out backgrounds you'll want to have weaker/fuzzy lines for distant things & harder/sharper for the foreground (and/or your focus). Of course there's always exceptions.^^
As for the story within the sketch, I like it! To me, it looks like it would normally be a busy alley or street but is somewhat abandoned right now save for that one person walking forward/away (unless it's an object, I'm not sure). I'm also not sure what that object is under the window in the foreground. Could be a sign, stain, or tossed laundry. Hmm.
The heavy clouds make me think there's a lot of movement up there. Maybe it rained recently, or is about to thunderstorm. I like that, you have a nice mood for the sky, which matches the street well.
I'm curious what that spike is in the far background. It could be made of earth, or man-made, maybe even a spiky castle. Whatever it is, I can tell it's important & seems to affect the lives of the people there. However that may be!

yep the rebuilt city. I`ve been trying to think how to draw the modern city but its kinda of hard. I`ll try to post these kinda sketches more frequently maybe once a day if possible.

ok, If you're not able to post super frequently, don't worry about it. Also remember to incorporate an "ultra modern" style to the modern city. Googles got plenty of pictures lol.
