Looks a bit Space Age / Science Fiction to me. Pretty cool!
You did much better with the hard lines. I can see the focus areas well - the bridge, the disks, the hint of shadow & depth in the arches. Great perspective as well.
If I could, I would encourage you to make dozens of these. Different or the same buildings at all different angles/perspectives. Just like with people.
