This is so old....I can't even remember when I did it
Used to be one of my favourite cartoons, this is my sisters favourite character though...not mine but drawn in my style ^^
The writing at the top are some quotes from the character which my sister find the funniest (I even included the Mahou Mushi and goldfish versions of Cosmo, so kawaii
