Well this has been a long ride but we finally completed this grand scale collaboration project. What you see before you is the final product of the scroll project which I had lead! As of September 28th, 2013 this scroll was presented to ZUN and given to him as a gift at the AWA convention to welcome him to the United States and to thank him for the 10 + years of hard work he has put into the Windows series of Touhou.The scroll itself covers from Embodiment of Scarlet Devil and goes all the way to Double Dealing Character.
The project was proposed back in March and work began in the first of April. On late August, the layout was completed. The construction and mounting of the scroll was soon completed early September.
Overall a total of 70 artists volunteered into this project contributing to works on both characters and backgrounds. Here's a list of everyone who contributed:

I once again have to say like I mentioned in my blog. I am very happy that I was able to unite this many people together to put together this scroll. As I couldn't have done it without the help of everyone who joined. I spent a great a deal of time hutning down artists and convincing them to join this project and after many long months I have managed to pull it all off. And thanks to everyone's help we were able to give ZUN a thank you gift he will forever remember from his visit here in the US.
Once again thank you to all that help. Because of this, you all made it possible and showed the power of the Touhou fanbase when it is united and able to put together in a massive collaboration project for the creator of the series.
Because of this he is now aware how far Touhou stretches outside of Japan's borders now. And he was amazed to know he had so many fans. May the future of Touhou be bright as we continue to see the world of Gensokyo grow!

You guys are all very phenomenal people. Thank you all for uniting together to make this marvelous work of art.
And everyone did amazing here, with each Touhou character and background having a unique charm and for this even to reach out to ZUN himself during his stay for Anime Weekend Atlanta 2013 must have been very special for everyone.
I can only imagine how fantastic this must have really been for the people who did worked on this project when it was finally done and shown to ZUN.
I seriously wish I could have gone with so many others to Anime Weekend Atlanta at that time, but you know what? If ZUN had a experience that he'll never forget here in America, then I'm really happy regardless if I missed out.
If Touhou wasn't in my life, I wouldn't have been living the 5 years best years of my entire life thanks to my biggest hero of all, ZUN. It's amazing to know that there are so many fans that are over here in America.
From the bottom of my heart: Thank you all for making ZUN's experience the best it could have possibly been that left the most magical impression imaginable. This has helped add to the Touhou experience making it that much more special to me and so many other fans.

So this is what the pictorial project looked like when it was entirely finished. Zuc-san had linked WIP versions of it. In any case from what I heard both this and the other project I worked on did really well.
