Thank you. I am happy with the way it turned out. I didnt want to stop painting but at some point you just have to step away. Its hard sometimes to decide when enough is enough and I often overwork or underwork my paintings. lol I think I stopped at just the right time on this one though.

Thanks. I like the way the lighting turned out too. The colors used in this piece are so different from my usual pallet. I have really been wanting to push beyond where I feel comfortable.

I have finished 5 fullsheet watercolors in a weeks time. I think they all have a very different look. I will post some of the others in a few days. Trying to figure out why the colors are turning out so different when uploaded from my camera to computer.:/

I plan on doing 5 more within the next week or so. I am going to see about having prints made so I can sell them downtown. I think they will do extreemely well down there.

awsome! i wish i had some more time to be able to paint! i really want to embark on another big painting project but i am not inspired (and dont want to waste money on materials just messing around).,,, so really thats when the camara and photoshop come in. inexpensive experimentation.

Nothing wrong with photoshop. I love working in photoshop when I dont have time to actually paint. Its really just another tool/medium. Treat it as such and you can create some wonderful things. I dont know if you have tried to do any vector art but if have a chance give Freehand or Illistrator a try.

yeah - i'd love to get all those things. i saw some of the stuff at the summit and tried it out. i'd also love to have one of those boards you can write on directly.
x-mas is coming soon haha

yeah. the wacom tablets are really cool. I cant afford the one with the built in monitor. those are sweet. maybe by this fall I can get one. I do have a grafire wacom tablet on all my computers. Its the cheapest at $99 and still well worth the money.

Yeah, digital cams suck. Mine won't let me do micro and the flash goes off even when I turn it off.
