This is not a single character, but a representation of a species I have, called Aquanauts

The actual beings are the fishies inside of the shaped water, and they manipulate water around them to give themselves a sort of avatar. A very peaceful and shy species, and sadly endangered. They fear humans, because they were the main ones to abuse them :c

But if you can get on one's good side, they are very nice to be around = )
