I realised that I rarely post pics of Atilo at work. He's a sad little immigrant who's also capable of extortions and torture. He's a man of his word and he expects everyone to be the same. If not, they'll end up losing fingers or their lives. When deals go bad, he goes on a warpath. The police in Census hate dealing with Atilo because he could bleed out summons and he uses Scarpelli bodyguards occasionally, those bitches have the power of invisiblity.. only his wife can see them though.

After the person dies, Atilo would use their blood to create a blood summon. He usually gives a present in the form of collar or bell to the summon if it resembles a crab or scorpion, he's biased that way. There's no other way for a Mahenzerati to summon creatures, they're not as privileged as the Rosencrats.
