Nice picture of Salò. I think Lago di Garda is so big it's like being on the beach at the sea. Was your picture taken from a boat or from the shore?

Yes, it really looks quite often like the open sea or at least a bay. I'm glad someone finally likes that shot.
It was taken from the shore. If you've been there you might now the place where all the boats lay.

I have been many times to nearby Desenzano, but I have only driven by Salò.

I had two holidays at Lago di Garda. One with my parents and one with a former boyfriend who lived there. So I'm lucky and could see nearly every town there (: But I saw in your profile that you lived in Italy, so I'm sure you saw a lot of other great stuff. (I'm not that a big fan of lakes anyway xD)
