It's a Shiny Squirtle, dammit! The shell is hard to see...Anyways, just a very quick animation made with Sai, iaza.com and a Wacom tablet (Yes, I finally have one, yays!
) Wasn't really going to post it, but my sister fell in love with it and asked me to, and I can't let her down. I might not be posting stuff for while, because Sai pen pressure is going stupid because we have to use it with Crossover because I have a Mac, if that makes sense lol. Also, if anyone knows how to make the bg transparent, that would be appreciated!
