Here's the second oc bio! Neal probably has to be one of my oldest ocs I have(I made him and a few others when I was like 11 lmao)

More information:
-Neal has a twin sister named Lilly(will post bio in the future) and a younger sister named Mira(will post bios in the future). He has a close bond with both of them.
-He always had an interest in filming and editing various kinds of videos. Anytime he made something that made someone happy, then he was happy.
-He became friends with Zander(another bio that will come in the future) in their junior year of high school and starting making short films together. Zander would act in them while Neal would work on the technical stuff. The two now attend college together.
-Tickle spots: Everywhere but especially his underarms and behind his knees. He's a switch(much more of a ler though)
-He tries to get along with everyone but he only considers a few people actual friends(Zander, Devon, and Brianna being most of them)
-He's actually quite intelligent but he barely studies and thinks it's a waste of time, he would much rather be doing things that entertain him.
-He currently has a girlfriend named Brianna, they starting going out after being friends for a few years and finding out they have mutual feelings.
